why spsc is not issuing mark sheet for CCE 2008?

..friends .. do you have any idea when marks sheet would be issued... nearly more than 20 days have past to the declaration of result of CCE2008 but marksheet is yet to be recieved...where as in lastly held CCE2003 with in week everyone got the marksheet with in a week....delay in issuing marksheet is not only raising the eyebrows of candidates but also is a violation of SPSC examination rules whereby ..mark sheet are to be issued with in a week...should we expect more manipulation and corruption in CCE2008 than CCE2003...May GOD bless this country..........

According to my friend who enquired about the marksheet yesterday that SPSC has started issuing the same serial vise alphabatically.

Ma Papers were xcellent nd yet i failed......... i wd anxiously waiting for ma mark sheet to c where hv i made a lapse, but it luk disappointing tht de candidates who r declared failed wont be allowed or given a chance to get their papers recheck...........
