Thanks for intimating this valuable information that this thing is also in vogue in PPSC. But in Sindh people specially failed candidates have this tendency to contact the court and than fraudulent practices of our institutions started to be revealed with the passage of time. Probably this trend of moving the courts is missing Punjab and that is why this corruption goes unattended. Read another thread on this same forum under the title of “Anti Corruption recommends action against 51 fraudulently selected candidates in CCE2003. This will let you know the effort of one un allocated candidate who lodged the case against the mal practices of SPSC and after 7 years of long struggle the case finally has reached a level where anti corruption department has recommended these people to either be removed from the services or fresh interviews may be conducted to prepare a new merit list. Sindh High court may soon be giving a declaration in the favor of petitioners. This is one good example of those courageous people who fought for their rights and ultimately are on the verge of success no matter how long they have struggled to achieve their cause. Precedent has been set in the Case of CCE 2003 and now again CCE 2008 is also challenged in the court on many grounds and few of them are mentioned in my posts. The anti corruption department and courts have already conducted such kind of enquiries and it will be easy for them to take decision in CCE 2008.

The affected candidates of Punjab are also encouraged to fight for their rights in courts and set an example for others.

This seems to be an unending debate, and both sides of the argument hold reason. What effect will it have on the next CCE? will the announcement be delayed until the fate of the 2008 candidates have been decided by the courts/authorities? If yes, can a time period be anticipated before this melee is sorted out?

Baba Khan, would appreciate ur input on my query.

In light of the respected professor’s philosophy, All 128 recommended people of CCE 2008 must not join their jobs and must refuse and turn down the offer. CSS qualifiers should continue at MLCG department and leave DDOR, and in light of professor’s prudent advice, if any of the recommended candidate has even the job of PST, he should not join the post of DDOR , SOs and others. (If any one wants to know the reasons, I advise him to go through the factual posts of professor Baba khan)

Respected Professor, u have not mentioned what a jobless person should do but as a strong believer in ur philosophy, may I dare advise them on ur behalf, that those jobless people should not join the jobs but plz start their business, even at small scale just like biryani shop, paan shop and also they may go street to street to sell vegetables or fruits. DON’T BE ANGRY brothers, it is better for u as failures have gone in court and they have evidence which will result in enquiry by Anti corruption and the successors of the high ups of the commission will provide them hand made proves and u will be jobless, so Is it not better to follow the advice of the learned professor now?

The above mentioned advices r not for CCE 2008 qualifiers only but for every one who has appeared in ay exam of SPSC because the learned professor has already warned us through his thoughtful posts that after the result of the Mukhtiarkar , it will be challenged in court and again same fact based apprehensions……….. So Professor sb rightly advises that don’t wait for Mukhtiarkar Result and appear only in exam to be conducted by FPSC.. now u will ask , all cant be accommodated in federal post and ……, pleasssseeeeeeeeeeeeee, don’t ask so many questions, final is final , don’t wait for Mukhtira kar result, attempt for CSS, and FPSC exam and remaining must think how can they make onion , biryani and paan business more profitable.

Ohhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! U medical officers , anti corruption inspectors, Staff nurses, Lecturers , in short u all who have been recommended by SPSC and all those who wanna apply to provincial jobs through SPSC, plz follow the advice of professor Baba khan seriously, don’t apply for any provincial jobs and demand that sindh jobs be filled through FPSC, and until it happens, stick to the boycott of SPSC and plz don’t forget to pray for Respected Professor Baba Khan.

Don’t argue, come on, be quiet, he is professor. Try to undestand him, Don’t ask what will it result in? why do u waste ur precious time in replying to a person who is working on his agenda and using this site to demoralize people quite contrary to the perpose for which the site is here on web. Time will soon prove the reality of this mind game and peace of advice for u is that " SILENCE IS THE BEST SOLUTION" LOOK at brother Nasar Abbasi, Muhammad Hussain, Imtiaz khushik, Ali zaidi, and many others who were very regular on site but now left it for the time being. so focus upon ur work dear candidatepspsc and tell me really: havnt u got bore listening the same tune under different headings and y r u following it dear ? have u also built any complex in u ?

Agreed Sir.. We know all this.. but let the baba khan speak.. If there is some one who is in the court, its their right and does not matter for us. and if some one is mistaken that our appointments are delayed due to these cases. Its not so. Currently, due to overall economic constraints in Pakistan, Government of Sindh has no budget for the training programme of DDO (R) and SO. Hence on summary to CM finance has given advise to sign it after budget. Dont make urself distracted by anyone's comments. U r going to b administrators of districts and sub divisions. These things will be the part of ur daily life. To all aspirants and qualified officers, I will advise u to b patient and let the baba khan and others to use their fundamental right in the constitution i.e. freedom of speech. But I will also giva an advice to baba khan that sir dont demoralize ur land and institutions if u truly belongs to it. Dont expose urself for no reason.... Thanks.. I hope my suggestions will be taken in a positive manner.

If you think I am wrong or information I provide to the forum is not factual than simply ignore it rather than criticizing and calling me person playing with the minds of people or attaching other distinguished names with me.

Check the investigative report published in Daily Kawish after a day or two of the announcement of the result of CCE 2008. The reporter has clearly indicated the corruption in CCE 2008 and mentioned the names of big people and their allocated sons and relatives. You can find the name and father’s name with designation of this genius section officer. Court petitioners have acted upon this report and gathered the mark sheets of those whose names were pointed out by this reporter. Amazingly they got this mark sheet with interview marks 248.50/250.

Dear I don’t want to demoralize you but extreme level of uncertainty and risk are attached with CCE conducted by SPSC. You better concentrate more on CSS and if CCE comes in your way attempt it and pray to Allah almighty that upcoming CCE will not have kiths and kins of politicians and bureaucratese allocated through using source or sons and brothers of chairman and controller examination of SPSC with other officials. It is unbelievably wrong to expect from an unallocated person keeping him/herself quite after seeing the brother of controller examination getting allocation while his brother is responsible for overseeing the exam papers and their checking process. Mal practices in CCE 2008 will not at all disturb any examination conducted by the same institution. In fact it will not even disturb the allocation process of CCE 2008 and letters should be given to those whose names are in the list regardless of the fact that they are genuine or JALEE candidates who used money and other sources to crush merit. But future of these type of allocations are very uncertain where people are in the courts with crystal clear evidences which can’t be denied by even a blind person.

This is the simple reason I opted out this allocation because I don’t want to see myself begging for another job after couple of years when same Anti Corruption department will recommend our names to CM for removal likewise in the case of CCE 2003 if it can happen to CCE 2003 people than CCE 2008 with similar charges has no exception. Nobody can predict the future and I myself am not that brave like Raja Dharejo who seems to sacrifice his CSS career for this uncertain SPSC allocation. What if these petitioners go to Supreme Court after a year or two and already annoyed at workings of public institutions Chief Justice gives a verdict in the favor of these petitoners and ask SPSC to conduct the interview again as he has already given a verdict setting aside the decision of Sindh High court in the favour of those CCE aspirant who missed the exam due to revised time table? If it happens than I will not be in position to find another career or don’t have that much of money to start my own business. So analyzing the uncertainty in future due to obovious corruption of SPSC in shape of allocating the son of controller examination I have decided not to join CCE 2008, Take care and I will not be that frequent on forum because have really started disliking me rather than analyzing the facts in their true composition.

The result was announced on 26.01.2011 and i searched from 26/1 to 30/1 but could not find this report. Are you talking about this news?

Kindly don’t leave any further queries for me as I will not be visiting this forum that frequently due to an increased wave of hatred towards my presence in this forum. I myself failed to understand the reason behind this behavior as I never maligned anybody in posts rather always tried to present the facts as they come to me through credible sources.
