On Saturday 25th June petitioners who intend to lodge petition in Supreme Court against CCE 2008 held a meeting. I can’t provide the details of this meeting to all interested because after my last post in this thread they all were surprise to see their discussion and moves are being made public. The person who used to give me this information is annoyed at me.

Friends I probably wont be able to inform and update the forum about the moves of those petitioners in future.

@Ali

I don’t know whether you get bored or otherwise from my posts, I try to convey the forum what I receive from sources I consider credible. As these sources of mine who used to give me the info denied giving me the information on petitioners moves so from now onwards you won’t see these boring commentaries on this forum.

People have criticized me through their sweeping statements rather I wanted them to challenge my boring commentaries and than I will provide them more information in this regard. Yeh saree batein jo mein bata raha hum near future mein aap ke samne khud ba khud ajayengi practical shape mein.Than you will remember this low profile timid lecturer of F.G College.

Dear Baba Khan,

I am convinced with your feedback and my sources have reported the same. Infact, everyone acknowledges your efforts to update the forum with latest happenings.

Can you please appraise us about the upcoming events of the subject matter that if petition is filed with Supreme Court, what is the expected action and time frame to conclude the entire delima.

Regards,

Agha Majid

@Agha

Dear honestly speaking I don’t have any extensive knowledge about the legal issues such as future course of action of Supreme Court and time frame within which the whole thing will be resolved but this petition will lodged in SC to request court to direct SPSC to re-conduct interviews under impartial supervision. One petition is already operative in Sindh High Court and on the directives of Sindh High Court Mark sheets are retrieved from SPSC and now this has also made the part of SC petition that why SPSC was hiding the mark sheets of failed candidates and issued on the directives of court.

By looking at the evidences provided by the probable petitioners an eminent lawyer of Supreme Court who was part of CJ restoration movement and we frequently see him in talk shows has assured them with full conviction that they will win this case in Supreme Court. But this lawyer told them that the allocation process must be completed legally by issuing letters to candidates and they accept them. To him legal completion of the allocation process is needed before lodging petition in Supreme Court.

Three or more people but not this entire group of petitioners have paid handsome fee of this lawyer in full and gathered such strong documentary evidences which are almost impossible to be obtained by people like us to strengthen the case. My friend who was actively involved in this petition campaign to Sindh High Court even don’t know the names of these three or more people who paid fee of Supreme Court Lawyer to start preparing the case to be lodged in Supreme Court. Probably he knows the names but not disclosing I don’t know.

Now after my last post this friend of mine who used to give me the information stopped responding so I apologize forum friends for not updating. Apart from that my interest is very low in these kinds of jobs provided by Sindh Government where people are pleading for their offer letters, Allah knows how many times in their career they will be pleading and contacting courts for their promotions, postings and for other job related issues etc. I only come to this forum to keep myself updated about the current affairs issues discussed by CSS aspirants in other parts of this forum and read good articles posted by same so won’t be able to update the forum that frequently.
