Its is already posted in the forum.

Yes girls can apply, 1 seat is reserved for female belonging to Sindh(R). The job is district based in the transport department, Govt of sindh.

dear don't worry about it, spsc today at any time will upload the advertisement on its website www.spsc.gov.pk. u can see it now in yesterday's daily kawish from daily kawish's website www.dailykawish.com or u can also see it from www.paperpk.com and click option of kawish.

Dear as per recent trend of SPSC, the paper will be MCQ type containing 100 questions. The test will be of general type (Eng, GK,EDS, PS, ISL) as the required qualification is general graduation hence candidate with different backgrounds will apply for the test. Well due to large number of application it is also expected that some question related to the post may also be given but can't be sure at the moment. One can only guess right now.

what sort of test will be taken in spsc for district secretary in transport department ?

Very good question. P.S stands for Pakistan Studies and ISL for Islamiat and SPSC stands for Sindh Public Service Commission.
