Default age relaxation policy?

Sindh govt has given 15 years of age relaxation for recruitment in all deptts and for any post.Is age relaxation given every year or is this for only this year?

Dear it is a general policy of the provincial Govt which is to be practiced until further instructions but the problem is whenever some one over 28 year of age goes to apply, the concerned departments' staff rejects their application and eventually you find that people more than the age of 28 get those jobs because they have been working for their respective parties and in the process they exceed the age limit. So to facilitate their workers, this "relaxation" has been made legal.

Regards
