NTS men were only to conduct test make lists and handover to govt and World bank representatives, thats it, they have nothing to do more than that.

3. Yes you can submit your higher degrees if you have when you are called for document verification, its not an issue, but remember that these degrees must obtained prior to the date of applying.

Still there is no confirmed vacancy statement from RSU/Education Department so candidates should not worry about the number of seats, just have patience and let the process move forward.
Those are talking about their numberings in UC/Taluka basis, they might be mistaken because there are many candidate who got seat numbers in last days even after the announcement of the candidate lists so they may have seat numbers with different sequences so wait for final official list and donot be worried at all if there is any tie of marks.

I think we should not be paying any heed to any news that says that the appointment has been banned because in one of the links shared here clearly suggests that Secretary Education himself has announced that 'The Ban' will not be applicable on these appointments as these appointments are funded by the World Bank.

Here is the news published in Today's daily Jang Karachi Page No: 13, informing about the viva voce of the candidates of HST, JST, PST. No source is quoted, no clear information just an ambigous news by their reporter from Jacobabad. This news may be based upon the text messages which are in circulation these days, still no clear information.



On the other side the news published in daily kawish says that Govt has issued order on 29th january 2013 for the ban on all appointments as instructed by ECP. BUt in that very news Secretary education has said that these posts are being funded by World bank and will be given on merit basis hence they'll contact ECP in order to get permission. He has shown hope that as ECP wants ban on appointments on the political basis in order to cut pre-poll rigging measures but these tests are conducted by well reputed organization like NTS hence postings will be on merit basis hence the permission is expected to be granted.

I think , we should wait for a bit for RSU to issue a press release or any other information . It is RSU which will conduct the remaining process , I guess .

The RSU website is very much fine and its working as usual at my end.

Well the rest of the process will be completed by RSU on behalf of the Education department, they'll issue instructions to District officers throughout sindh and they'll inform to all the candidates in their areas.
