Dear Scorp2 u should submit 2 attested photo copy sets of all ur documents including UC Residence Certificate and 4 photos in Govt: Girls School Qaim Shah Bukhari road Larkana in 2 seprate files alongwith DD of Rs.350 in the name of controler examination (concerned board) from NBP VIP road branch Larkana. Brother if u have merit list then also submit it either it is not necessary, u should show merit list in DRC committe meeting coming in next 15 days. And it is also better that u should submit ur documents ur self.

Kiya jin candidate say JST k documents liye hain un sy PST k document bhi lyngy???
Mery UC main JST ki 5 seat hain aur mera name 5th py hai...but mjhsy document bhi ly liyee hain????

dear mairy first of all congratz to u that Inshaullah u will get ur JSt order bcs u will be 100% selected for JSt. But u should also submit ur docs for PST. If u were selected for JSt then Education officials will inform u about ur selection for JSt.

No i don't mind...i am from karachi distrit but as far as i know from other sources it will take a month more for the JST OFFER LETTER in all districts inculding your one..and PST final list will be displyed in two or three weeks in khairpur baqi Allah behtar janey...hope it helps...

Verify apko nahin.karwane honge recruitment authority khid krwaegi apka kam hai bas payorder dena with extra copies of degee and certificates along with all attested documents( photocopies) and two snaps

dear brother intisar,can you tell me that is it necessary to provide my intermediate pakka certificate copy? because i dont have and it takes three years after inter to be issued, what shal i do?

If the Pakka Certificate is unable to be produced since the time problem, one may show his pass certificate instead. The Pass Certificate should be properly issued and stamped by the concerned college.

i belong to Gulshan town, i submitted my all relevant docs . now one new ambiguity has risen regarding BOARD's payorder for 240 rupees. i ll visit to NJV on wed hopefully to solve this ambiguity, . i believe that there should be no more verification from board as JST eligibility stands on Graduation that must be verified by concerned university, well, Rs.240 is no more the worth value ,so let them to get,

Its better to visit and ask about it...dont know why they demanded matriculation.payorder from us...

AssalamOAlaikum every one! Hope you are all fine. Will someone let me know when the joining orders are going to be given to HSTs and when will the process of PST going to start? I mean it's obviously going to start after the issue of offer letters to JSTs but when actually it's going to take place?

Dear aap ka district kon sa hay ? Yehan Larkana main tu PST ka process 3 din pehlay start ho gaya hay aur ab hum DRC committe ki meeting ka intezaar kar rahay hain.

24th and 25th December is holiday, then 27th December is holiday and again sunday is holiday. It means PST process in Larkana will again start on 3oth December- 2013. Very Bad

here in khairpur the verifivation of documents has been completed by universites and also they have submitted the verification reports lets see the next process and its expected that offerletters of jst couldbe distributed in january before15

dear friends when u go for submission... the following things u should keep in mind...
1-u should have ur original CNIC & all certificates(they r only asking for matric & graduation certificate)
2- make a xerox set of ur all documents(attested) including all mark sheets and degrees(if u r masters, also attach its photo copy)domicile,PRC,Nts merit list,
3- make a separate photo copy of matric and graduation degree which has to be stappled along with the pay order of respective degrees at the inner left side of ur file.
4-at the right side stappled of 2 snaps and CNIC copy And attached the set which i have told in point no.2
5-on the file cover ur name, father name, town name, uc no.,nts roll no.,serial no. and phone no, has to be written.
and last but not least write ur name and nts roll no. on the back side of the payorder which has stappled,

Dear Inayatali, DRC meeting PST k liye zaroor hogi aur hum ko bhee bulaya ja aey ga. Shayad PST ki DRC meeting 5th Jauary tak ho ja aey.

Here in karachi...before the documents submission RSU representative told us "jin candidates k pas degree nahin hai (for jst) wo ghar wapis chale jayen q k un ko reject kardia jayega"....and pst k lie obeviously unko INTERMEDIATE ka pakka certificate b chahiye hga....but ye scenario just apko mne karachi ka bataya hai ap phr b koshish kjyega k without pakka certificate kaam ban jaye

Ambiguty for Orignal Certificate and Degree.
 

after passing your any exam, marksheet is the first testimony for your successfully completion of the said exam. then you will be given provisional certificate from school/college/university to further justify your success in the exam concerned.
The board issues the passing certificate before the original certificate time comes( around 3 years after passing exams). whereas university can issue your degree anytime at your request after paying some amount of fees.
here the problem of student can be solved in following manners.
1. PAKKA CERTIFICATE. if 3 years has been made after passing your exam(matric or inter) ,you can get your original certificate from your concerned board within a week, so go and take it ,dont worry your documents to DRC could be submitted after a week.
2. if 3 years has not yet passed after your exam, then take a copy of passing certificate from your concerned board and submitted to DRC the justification is obvious for not having original certificate.
3. degrees of university, .you can take your degree from concerned university in the category of most urgent, might be within a week. so go and get.
only the fees could be the issue for getting such certificates/degrees..ab jab nokri leni hay tu 2 ,4 hazar kharach kar he lo, wo bhi apny documents pay...the matter is no more serious it is sure to reach within your feet. just take a step a head. GOOD LUCK.

we were not asked for university degree certificate, they just checked final trascript and pass certificate and said to submit pass certificate with chalan that will be sent to university for varification,
i think if someone has Final Transcript, date of result announcement certificate, and pass certificate, its enough for proving your qualification so no need to worry about the university degree
