We were also not asked to show/submit the Final Degree or Pakka Certificate. We just showed Pass Certificate and it worked well for verification since they are getting our degrees/certificates verified from the concerned Board/University hence no need to worry. Insha Allah everything will be OK and Fine.

i am a PST candidate. Aur muje inter pass kiye huwe abhi 2 sal huwe he to mere pass inter ka pakka certificate nh he lekin school ka pass certificate he marksheet he. Is it fine?

I secured 88 marks which is highest in all the 13 UCs of Jamshed Town Karachi. I am the top most candidate in my town, in Male, female and Male&female merit list of NTS and yet my name is not included in the final list , only one male candidate is selected out 19 post im Jamshad town Does anyone have a suggestion

You should contact RSU (Reform Support Unit) .
Who get the quota seat in your town . The quota seat is reserved for the candidate who get the highest mark . Check the marks of the candidate who got quota seat and filed a complaint .......

dear they will see the marksheet and pass certificate of HSSC however they check SSC Pakka certificate to confirm the age, i am JST aspirant so don't know either they ask for Pakka certificate of HSSC or not. you should get it from board, still there is enough time brother so don't left any thing will may create problem later

yes you need to submit payorder of Rs.240. directing to Controllar of examination.
you must carry a photocopy of your matric certificate along with the NTS roll no slip

Aap pareshan na hoon kiyoun k PST ka process itna tezi say nahi ho raha. 27th December bhee chutti hay aur phir sunday bhee chutti hay. Aap apnay docs 1st January-14 wednesday ko submitt kar waen. Aik aur baat k main 28th December ko DEO office ko ja oon ga aur un say maloom karon ga k PST k docs kahin aur bhee kia submit karaey ja saktay hain, phir main aap ko bata oon ga. Aur aap pareshan na hoon kiyoun boht say PST candidates nay bhee abhie tak apnay docs submit nahi kiye hain.

jamshed town mai jo only one boy select hua hai uski UC mai male ki vaccancy hogi.aapki UC mai male k lye vaccancy nhe hogi islye aap ki selection nhe hosaki.
aap k poore town mai highest marks hai but aap k mutabiq total 19 seats hain jamshed town mai.shayad male seat 10 se kam hogi.islye male town quota seat bani hi nhe hui hogi.islye aap ki town quota seat per bhi selection nhe ho saki.
aap ko claim karna chahye ager
1)jo aik boy select hua hai wo aap ki UC ka ho.uski UC seat per selection hui ho.us k aap se kam no. ho.
2) town quota seat per koi boy select hua ho and us k aap se kam no. ho.
NJV mai aap lists mai check kar saktay hai k town quota seat mai koi boy select hua hai?lists mai name k aage UC no/town quota /minority quota etc mention hota hai.

Final Merit lists or of Candidates called for appearing in DRC
 

The lists displayed in karachi's every twon are final merit lists after RSU & WB approval or these are for informing candidates to appear in DRC ???

I am from khairpur when DRC meeting was held here, no any list was displayed here, candidates were just informed through massage, even i didn't recieve massage and am top in the list of my UC, this is also the violation of Communication strategy of RSU announced in TR policy.

These lists are titled "EXPECTED APPOINTMENT LIST"...RSU representative told us that they are just verifying our degrees...verified candidates were called at civic centre 5th floor to collect their affer letter...which clearly means there will be no DRC meetings and they are offering letters to the candidates on the basis of authentic degrees..thats it..

it means after final meritlist they will give offerletters,well Dear Humakhan in karachi the finalmeritlist havebeen displayed,now Will they called the finalmerit students,and Are you from karachi and When will they give the offerletters to you,I mean your expectation, and MR tarraf you are from which taluka of khairpur?

In TR Policy it is mentioned that DRC will finalize the merit list of candidates atfter getting there degrees varified and DRC will also be authorized to make any changes in the list on the basis of scrutiny of original documents CNIC Domicile PRC for determing the UC of candidate,
after that DRC will sent the final merit list to RSU and RSU will forward it to WB for getting NOL then these lists will be shared publicly which will be final merit lists.
now what ever is happening in Karachi is not the part of Policy they are just skipping the responsibility.
here in our district there is no Help desk for facilitation of Candidates and DEO staff is not sharing any information execpt saying process is going on.
obviously policy guidlines are not followed properely.

Mirwah, there is very poor progress in our district though DRC meeting was conducted here first but no progress yet, in karachi they are straigtforwardly distributing letters and skipping the DRC meeting, this is good that process is going on with speed but this should be done in other district also.

In TR policy it is mentioned that vacancies are catagorized as Male, Female, Mixed, howerver district wise vancancies catagorized as Male, Female, Mixed are shown in list uploaded on RSU website, but they have not displayed any list or information showing the vacancies catagorized UC wise as male female and mixed.
the problem is that female are given 20 extra marks in Mixed catagory only, now how one can know that how many seats are for Male, Female and Mixed in there respective UC, becuse in many UCs of our district male candidates are rejected having score more than 80 marks how these candidated can know how many seats are for Male, Female and Mixed in There UCs.
these points should be clarified either by RSU or through help desk of every DRC which is unfortunatly not established.

another problem most of the candidates are facing is Determination of UC Through Scrutiny of original CNIC, DOMICILE & PRC, as mentioned in TR Policy, CNIC permanant address is good option for determination of UC but when matter of domicile comes many candidates might have defferent address on domicile because they might have got there domicile made on there fathers CNIC and migrated to other area when they got thier own CNIC made, so domicile and CNIC will show defferent addresses, and in DRC meetings this creates problem which option should be entertianed either CNIC or Domicile or both.

learning the fact that world bank has issued a warning for the completion of the said process till 31 march.
it is the serious concern for the RSU management,this is all about their credibility and efficiency,RSU runs under the foreign and local funding, so they will sure to work harder to achieve this deadline, they are more in shock then candidates.well lets hope for better.
