Sir I don't know the roll number as I came to know about it while talking to my friend on telephone in Pakistan few days ago. Dear while studying in USA, I am no longer interested in these SPSC and civil services related issues but for your convenience I have sent an email to the same person and asked him to inform us about the roll number. But if you are in Karachi, finding out this fact is not very difficult.

The candidate on 7483 is Manzoor Ali Zardari s/o Hassan domiciled district Sanghar Rural. How this could be possible that one can have different seat numbers in written and vivoce.

Dear RindBaloch I do agree that chairman's sons are competent but I wonder that instead of sending a letter of disqualification as his son did not meet the required age, the honourable chairman sought special age relaxation from then CM Qaim Ali Shah.
This shows perhaps there were no other candidates competent enough to pass the tests.
I appeared for the post of "Statistical Officer" in Agriculture department, I qualified the written part. But SPSC sent me Rejection letter for not sending the Form-D. I went spsc office and handed them the required document (although interview is stil pending for 6 months).
Now RindBaloch sahab u can yourself judge that who needed Rejection letter the most? One who did not send a single document of not much significance; or one who totally did not meet the requirements. ?

Only talking but not taken action is like a playing game SEGA... Henceforth, I do not write any thing about the recuirtments of "District Transport Officer" & "Cheif Inspector of Stamps". These two chapters have been shutdown with legally ways.
But I must write here about your confronting challanges.

CM is said to be the head of all departments of sindh. Currently, arround 46 different departments of province sindh is being administrated by CM Sindh. It is clear that CM has authority to give special age concession and can appoint a candidate with someone special refrences. Similarly, cheif inspector stamps position was filled with special request of head of SPSC to CM. Point should be noted that chairman of SPSC has not authority to appoint a candidate. So, its not a big matter as it has been made.
