How is Agriculture as optional subject

if you have adequate command over the subject then it may bring u 110 to 128 core which is good and can be regarded as scoring subject. But those who dont have basic knowledge have been slaughtered very badly securing 15 to 37...and such candidates called it low scoring subject. Hence, it depends on command over the subject.

Well I donot have any background in agriculture but as i have no other option so take it as my optional.

As i started reading it , i found it easy and interesting than literature and history... i do not know about command on subject but as i am studying I feel I will do it ..........

yes you can do it all you need is a particular way through because agriculture is a very vast subject....
i am also opting it but i am a graduate in agriculture

well it is the best book for agriculture i would suggest you to gve a good time to following areas.
agriculture problem in pakistan particularly in sindh
soil problems in pakistan and its management in pakistan particularly sindh
saline, waterlogged and alkaline soil problems and their management particularly related to sindh.
major crops of sindh and its pests and their management.
sustainable agriculture.
fetilizer application, management and requirments in sindh
genetic engeneering and biotechnology in agriculture.
mechanization in agriculture.
rural development of sindh through agriculture
agriculture economy with respect to sindh ( go through agriculture in this years budget).
in short dear general agriculture is book based on agriculture with related to pakistan but i think we should prepare for agriculture with respect to sindh particularly
