PCS Application form querries
 

Salam Fellows,

I have printed this [URL="http://www.spsc.gov.pk/downloads/PCS%20Form.pdf"][B][COLOR="Blue"]PCS Form[/COLOR][/B][/URL] one that is available in download section of SPSC website

and after filling this along with all relevnt documents posted it to SPSC office. Now i came to know from a friend that I have posted only an optional form. I told him tht I have downloaded PCS pplication form , not the optional form.
Kindly correct me and told me the way to post PCS form if i am wrong

You may to talk to SPSC office and tell them about your query and do what they say, however you may write an application stating this reason and attach the application form with it and send it to concerned quarters.

everything will be OK its not a big deal dont worry.

Didn't you read the instructions completely, before sending? :dry:

Well in my point there could be two options.
Either go there personally along with remaining application form and express your all errors.

OR

Apply once again, right from the start. i.e: pay the Challan fees again.

Brother is it necessary to attach PEC Registration with the application form of CCE ?

In application for all posts,what should we write in this Post applied for----------.

one character certificate is required of Head of institution last attended.Now i want to ask that posts are on Bachelor,we attach character certificate of Bachelor(last attended) or master.

Dear Wajahat, its not mandatory to submit PEC Registration right now, you may apply without it. Your application will be entertained but SPSC might ask for your PEC registration after you have qualified CCE 2013. So you can apply without it but do register yourself with PEC. :D

what should be written in blanks of place and center on page#1 $ 3 of optional form. help

Three are to be pasted on optional forms and it does not need any attestation since it is being pasted. Other three are to be attested and then stapled on application form.

Leave this blank. It will be stamped by SPSC after alloting you number and place of center.

Dear gree, the application form for other jobs is also included in the PCS application form, click on the adv#08/2013, links there contain application form that is usually for other jobs.... you have to fill this form also along with PCS Optional form. Hope the query is resolved.

Dear Irfan you can submit the application fee anywhere in Pakistan in the online branches of National bank or State Bank Of Pakistan.. :D

Drawbacks in the SPSC exam form

I have appeared in css exam and now planning to appear in SPSC. I have noticed several drawbacks in the PCS form. There are four columns for prefrences but posts announced are more than six.
Second, very small space to write information.
Third, a candidate is asked to write a department name on the application form. How can an aspirant mention a department name because there are 7 departments names mentioned in the add, to be applied for.
Last, above same mistake has been made in the reciept paper.

I was overage but after three years age relaxation I am eligible..... when I read the rules for application form there is a clause stating that send application form along with optional form and original challan... when I downloaded them there are 8 pages in optional from and in application form there is only one page having two columns with 4 blanks..

In the first one we have to write name of post and in second one department whereas there are four blanks in optional form for preferences of posts........ now am totally confused what should I write in application form in place of name of post.... AM I downloaded the correct forms ? or there is some mistake .

Kindly reply me soon as I have short of time 16 is closing date with 4 to 5 days of eid holidays

on the missing of my transcripts...Should they reject my application form or not?

Dear Saifullah Y

You may fill an application & optional form and submitted alongwith original challan copy of exam fee. Also attached copies all available certificate. However SPSC will demand you to furnish all short documents ater passing written exam & qulified for interview.

Dear ! Your have downloaded correct form.
Name of Posts is CCE-2013 and department / Department leaves blanks. Because combine competitive exam is one exam held for various department advertised by SPSC.

Dear Urfa, you have downloaded the correct application form, just fill in the application form, the post as "CCE-2013" and Department as "Government of Sindh"..... :D

Dear Zohaib,Closing date is 16th of August and you can submit your application form either in the Head Office or following Regional Offices... Its what stated in the advertisement.. :D

Dear Saifullah, SPSC won't reject your application but you need to get your transcripts timely because if you qualify you will be asked to submit it....

If you are asking about spsc form, you have to write optional subjects that you have chosen for papers.

Write the language before each. They are asking, in which language would you like to appear in the mentioned papers i.e.
[B]Essay[/B] in Sindhi or Urdu or Punjabi or Pushto or Baluchi.
[B]General Paper[/B] in Sindhi or Urdu or Punjabi or Pushto or
Baluchi.

Sir i sent my Documents and optional form to Thandi Sadak without main form (with which receipt is attached). i forgot. what should i do now?
if I send filled form again through TCS will SPSC accept it? and how can I confirm it?

dear all

to minimize the risk, i have sent them all my documents again, this time complete. and also wrote application to chairman SPSC telling the reason.
