Default Getting NOC
I work in Sindh Education and Literacy department.
I would appreciate if someone guide me what is the procedure of getting NOC for applying to other government jobs .
As they instructed to apply through proper channel.

If you work in education department then you get NOC from your head of reginal office or principle of your college school or university etc

You May consult with District Education Office ( EDO). they will give you a proforma, fill this form and then attested from the concerned head of the department or officer
