If it is not officially revealed then how it is being mentioned in articles,seminars nd research papers on cpec.
It is among the projects which Sindh govt suggested in a presentation by C.M Sindh in 2016 and was approved by Chinese authorities. I think there was no harm in mentioning that with the reference of CM sindh's visit to China.

Ratodero (Larkana District) dry port, various industrial zones in Larkana, Sukkur, Hyderabad Divisions, Roads, improved Railway tracks, Karachi circular train system etc. are major improvements in Sindh due to CPEC.

They asked particularly about impact on Rural Sindh not whole Sindh. Examiner will surely deduct marks if someone attempt question in perspective of whole Sindh.

Question was divided in two section, in first it was asked cpec development projects in Sindh..In second impacts on rural Sindh..
Hence mentioning all projects surely will give good marks..
