What are the starting scales and salaries of jst and pst, i heard that jst teachers will appointed on bps 9???? and difference b/w pst and jst salary is about 1000 to 1500 only b/c pst is also 9 scale job????

The basic scale for JST is 14 and for PST is 9. Hence the salary will be paid in accordance to the basic scale along with all the allowances already allowed to the regular teachers.
Now you can easily calculate the difference between both posts as per the scale. Hope this will help you to understand the difference.

PST is bps 9 so it will be nearly 12000 and jst is bps 14 it will be 15000 and who have b.ed they will get extra allounce.

Dear election commission cleared that it allows those vacancies which advertised before 31August so you do not need to worry.

It has to be this one because ECP has allowed the appointments to all those posts for which advertisement was announced before august 31st 2012.If you see it politically,you will realize that this Govt will not let the credit of 19000 posts go to Interim or next Govt.
