Well dear 20% marks for female candidates are actually the part of the recruitment policy hence its difficult to change it. But if its really in violation to fundamental rights of citizens than one can challenge it in Court to get it reversed, otherwise it will be implemented.

It is for mixed quota only . Although I am against it . Recruitment should be purely on merit but I have read some research studies that Women are better teacher for kids that Men .

Its good that you are against this futile policy.As far as researches are concerned,they are not universal and are for particular period,environment or place.On the basis of such researches the basic human rights should not be trampled.
Bread and Butter is far more a concern for men than it can ever be for women.
