We cannot deny the corruption rampant in spsc. However, There is a friend of me who failed spsc interview for more than 5 times. I noticed that he lacked confidence, communication skills, personality etc. Thus, you better analysed your performance and then find out the faultlines and then try to fix them.

You should analyse the factors contributing to your failure and try to recover and do rehearsal interviews before mirror and with friends.

That was not your fourth interview appearance. If I am not wrong, you got failed in district police interview and then you got a second chance (without appearing into written portion again) in SRP interview.

Why are you just relying upon public sector jobs? You should look into private sector openings, if you are competent enough you will surely get a job.

Luck plays a vital role during interview but no one can get failed four times if he/she is knowledgeable. I think one or two SPSC interviews are enough to get a firsthand experience of your weak and strong points. You can firmly assess your personality by reading panel’s body language during your interview. If they feel you are worth, you would without doubt be selected.

I guess you are PCS aspirant as you says, you muts appear in written portion next month and observe your preparation. Only then you will be able to answer yourself that where are you standing at the moment and is SPSC is responsible or you are blamable for this debacle.

saima despite working day and night many of my friends also failed. I too appeared 3 times at spsc interviews but was failed, and in 4th time eventually got success, well I always say the room is always vacant for competent students. party is not over. I still say that ASI is not an ideal job for competent students irrespective of gender. pcs is just ahead. don't worry and hope you will not lost your heart.
regards.

Don't get dejected, rather work hard as much as you can. Insh'allah, one day, you will get through and indeed, ASI job is not an ideal one what Mubashar said. I agree with that, a hard working candidate; having higher capabilities can get an ideal job such as CSS or PCS jobs. Work on your flaws, never ever think to give up and be lion heart, the day will come you will fly your destinations.

What i noticed in interviews that people do not answers questions with full confidence. And mostly they answers questions in yes or no. But in my point of view we should elaborate each question that is putted to us.
Like a question of ,what happened to Palestine resolution in UN Assembly, was putted to me. I did not replied in yes or no but elaborated it and they appreciated it, that i have command on topic.
