Ali I agree with your point Number 2 and 3 but your 1st point is WRONG, because all the papers who are less than (2000) in number are checked by ONE examiner all over the country and all the papers having more than 2000 candidates (e.g compulsary subjects and Indo-Pak papers) ONE question is checked by ONE examiner all over the country and so on hence everyone gets equal style of marking. This principal is being followed since CSS-2000
