I have been shortlisted (alternate candidate) for bilateral cultural exchange scholarship program by Chinese government for the academic year 2017. I received letter by courier today on 31st march whereas the last date for submitting related documents and pre requisites was 27th march. Seniors plz guide me how to avail this opportunity furthermore i need the prescribed medical proforma for the purpose mentioned above. Do explaim what is ulternate candidate?
