You have to make compromises when you are a civil servant. Have a small family, it is easier to afford school fees of 1 kid instead of 5. Grade-19 PAS Officer Hamza Shafqaat teaches at NOA Academy Islamabad.

This is only your perception dear go and look at profiles of officers and you will realize that they are from very diverse backgrounds.

And trust me folks, you won't be able to serve people. That's the biggest joke ever. 70 years and conditions of the cities have been dismal. Change comes from without, not within. This is the kind of attitude because of which Pakistan is in this state of abysmal. Please try to understand that nothing is easy in this world. Yes, the system is flawed and corrupt but if you want to improve it then you have to be a part of it and try to bring positive change as much as possible.
