Brother You're one of many people on this forum whom folks on the forum have been seeing talking sense. You told and guided people in respect of preparation in a rational way. For example you told them that the things were available on the internet in original and free of cost to get benefit of (Acts and Laws to be covered for various posts) and that it was not appropriate to beg for so-called notes which are actually a way to mint money.
FPSC has done a terrible mistake in this IB test 2017. Things are available and on the record. No one has to trust me. Just go and find the list and behold. 91% (if all quotas i.e. women, minority, disabled are counted collectively) candidates are from 2nd batch. What does this mean? Does everyone in the first batch deserve the pain and suffering, such humiliated fate, deprivation of their right to being treated equally repeatedly just because of our institutional bankruptcy?

Ms. Aneeqa you don't have to shrug it off as a 'claim'. You only need to go to FPSC's website and download the result for the test of IB 2017. Now you come to find a list of 242 candidates. Out of these 242 candidates only 21 are from first batch. You can calculate the percentage.
Now how to know that 21 people were from first batch? When we fill online forms to apply for the jobs our data gets stored. FPSC makes a list of candidates which is in alphabetical order. So every time there are batches, the 1st batch comprises names from letter 'A' to 'L' and candidates from 2nd batch have their names starting form alphabets 'M' to 'Z'.
Rest is on you to decide on this 'claim'? FPSC is there you can confirm by calling them whether this is actually the way they distribute candidates into batches.
Some people are claiming otherwise by saying that over 100 to 150 people are from batch 1, I don't know what their motives are but mine is to at least create an awareness that the poor and unlucky boys and girls from batch 1 also invested the same amount of time, labour and money just to find out that the institutional lethargy and malaise have betrayed them. We people are content with our lot and don't find it like fighting for our rights yet what is harm in knowing the truth?
