There are only 14 posts of pms on open merit so competion is going to be very tough. One must score 750 plus in writern and 150 plus in interview to get an allocation.
I secured 752 in written and failed to get an allocation. PMS cast a damp over my css preparation and i flunked in english paper.
Choice is yours brother.
