We should wait till the verdict of IHC. If EOBI conducts interviews and recruits the candidates then well and good, but if it intended to cancel the jobs then the services of a lawyer can be acquired and he/she will file a suit on the grounds mentioned earlier along with some additions. The court will summon the defendant i.e. EOBI. But that would be the last resort till then we should wait and see as it seems that it may take more than a month for the court to give its decree.
