TCS is a good option if you are not in Hyderabad. You may submit it by hand if you are close to SPSC Head Office.

Can I attach application instead of NOC. Lije this "To the Chairman SPSC, I have submitted application for getting NOC from my dept and it will take more than 15 days, as soon as I get it, will dispatch it or I will produce it at the time of interview?
