Its a mistake I guess as it is related with age relaxation and that is para 8(b) that deals with age relaxation. DPC is Departmental Permission Certificate, its a NOC and shows your length of service. As required length of service for age relaxation is 4 years that is why it is required to make age relaxation claim valid.

However, I'm not sure about it where this para 11 is because in instructions there is no para 11,a,b,c etc

However, you have to apply through proper channel as you are currently employed. Many candidates do hide their job but I would not recommend it because if in future someone discloses this info, you might be facing difficult consequences at that time.

This is para 8 of the online application instructions,

8(a)No person shall be admitted to the Examination unless He/She:-
i.Is a Graduate from a recognized University.
ii.Is not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years on 1st of September, of the advertisement year.
iii.In the case of candidates from schedule castes the upper age limit is 31 years on 1st September, of the advertisement year.

8(b)In the case of candidates who are serving in connection with the affairs of the Federation and are Domiciled in Sindh and persons serving in connection with the affairs of the Province of Sindh with a total service of at least Four years on 1st September, of the advertisement year, the upper age limit shall be 35 years[Now 37].

About photograph, again confusion. What I have understood it says 3 passport size photo to be signed by candidate & attached with signature of 17 grade officer. Now the problem is that, how to place these things on the back of photo since it is passport size photo not a full page of copy? May be I have misunderstood it, please guide if I am mistaken?

Degree certificate has, most of the times, month of exam mentioned and not the exact date of announcement of result.





I think the part of para in question is regarding termination of service. Statement clearly says reason for termination. I guess its required to add to service of some job that one left for any reason and want to get it taken into account while counting ones overall service. You don't need it probably.

And yes 3 photographs attested on back by any grade 17 officer or 1st Class Magistrate. Ap bhale sign na kre attest krne wali ki sign zarur krawae. I know poora stamp b nahi ata kabhi kabhi photo ki size pe, but its a formality just get it done. No worries if stamp is out of focus or not complete, just complete the requirement.

You need 4 hard copies of online form and one set of required documents, attested, mentioned in the checklist.

Tomorrow I will try to get NOC processed done. One ghing I dont understand, nothing like tick/check mark is mentioned regarding NOC? Does it mean they will understand that if a candidate does not attach NOC, he will be Govt Servant?

At last, please do let me whether TCS is fine or I should go SPSC office to submit them by hand in person? If TCS is fine, then please do let me know its address.

TCS is a good option if you are not in Hyderabad. You may submit it by hand if you are close to SPSC Head Office.
