In CSS Pashto paper we have to translate the English proverbs in Pashto. Translation should not be word by word. It must be a Pastho idiom. e.g
  • Charity begins at home. ( Awal zan dae pas jahan dae)
  • Adversity is followed by prosperity (Sakhti pas rahat vee)
  • Prevention is better than cure ( Na sal daroo na yau parheez)
  • Between the devil and deep sea ( Yau taraf tha daang dae au bal taraf the prang dae)

For further details please consult the book Pohanna, written by Seher Gul Kathozai. It is best for CSS.
