Write out your thoughts. Convert abstract thoughts into written words. Don't think. Just copy from brain and write. I'm thinking about making a trip to the water dispenser and help myself to a cold glass of water. But I'll have to climb the stairs and that'll tire me. Then there's the glass to rinse as well.
