I think, it would be like that
" My pupil as well as I are doing this work."
An other opinion.
if this is is the sequence.
"I as well as my pupils are doing this work"
And
"Our pupils as well as we are doing this work:
And
"I as well as my pupil is doing this work"
And
"they as well as Ahmad is doing this work"
And
Ahmad as well as faraz is doing this work"
