I second the opinion given above. And my thesis statement as mentioned earlier consists a positive stance (the very start of my introduction). On top of that, all my headings and sub headings are backed up with arguments/data/facts tilting towards the positive side. For eg: in SWOT, even while talking about the weakness( infrastructure), I’ve mentioned how the PM initiative and projects like cpec are being used to improvise on the matter. Furthermore, in Needs portion, I’ve told how govt is already using digital patterns such as Nadra features but how further techniques like big data analysis can allow to cater administrative concerns.
