BASHINDA RIYASAT JAMMU & KASHMIR under Ordunance,1980) on basis of refugees, 1947 who migrated from Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK) and settled in Pakistan. Can we apply on basis of Azad kashmir 2% quota? Does State subject and domicile sounds same??? please resolve my querry. I shall be thankful to you.
