One can't take these essays as guaranteed to pass the paper. Topics are not explained clearly. Topics are explained without explaining the core idea. For instance, what is informal economy, hurdles to transform the informal economy into the formal economy, there was no need to write in detail about inland revenue services (IRS), legislative measures, how old and traditional approaches are creating hindrance in this regard etc. In the IMF, one has to say that it either brings stability or disaster. Explanation of both points must be avoided to give a clear stance. If it is about disaster one should not write even a single word related to stability except for past references if necessary ( due to policy changes after the Washington Consensus). Moreover, IMF is for the world not for Pakistan only. So, Pakistan could be mentioned only to give it as an example. Similarly, other topics are also beating about the bush. The irony is, in Polarized politics, everything is mentioned clearly except polarised politics itself. In global power dynamics, institutions play a key role. However, institutions both national, as well as international, are not mentioned. At the same time, there are few points on different topics which deserve appreciation too.
