ARMY (Current Serving & doing very well on Major Rank) VS Foreign Services
Which field is good and have more Scope & Reason
2nd please mention Promotion too from SO too further on
Mean while one thing I include here that Army pay Scale is going to be good enough from 1st Jan 2010
