Let me set the record straight

During Soveit invasion of Afghanstan a new alliance what is called MULLAH -MIlitary-Amerca alliance was formed.Military-Mullahs waged amercan sponsered JIHAD and earned dollers but at cost of what??? Poisning Pak socity with corruption,Religious extermism and narcotics.Afterwards military remained a dominant player in the political scene.Military Generals conpired to destabilse political set ups.IJI was formed with the ruthless use of Public Money(is it a mandate of BPS 22 Officer?).Political Govt was not allowed to play any rule in the matter relating to national security and foreign policy.

Coming to your point ,i dont know about the generals you have mentioned but they were not sent home rather they got retirment on due date.Yes they were not obliged after retirment( But you might know that close allies of former military dictators at the time of ruining the political system were dealt in the same way as the generals in question).Morever diffrence of three people may be individual differnce not from strong section of Military as institution.These types of diffrences may found in a department or institution.
