Your's is a genuine case though the circumstances you have undergone, were unfortunate. Had you preferred first the army than it might have a different story and you might not have gone through the saga you have narrated.
Any how still i believe that you will sail smoothly and safely if you undergo through the medical test, if it is held by the ISI or IB. Keep your spirits high and you know the civilian cader dont see the minute of the things as required in Armed forces, when taken the medical test into account.
