Well friend one of our friend is also under training and it is for 6 months As you are Inspector and man in uniform so u need rigorous training may be 6 to 9 months .

There are few SSPc in Punjab police i dont want to mention there names . Actually inducted from ASF by deputation in PP .

Imagine there is a hell of a difference between grade 14 - 16 - and 19 .
