I don't think so. I really screwed my Maths paper I. I though i wasn't going to pass in that. In paper II i left ten marks and i have scored 88.
They changed the format and i wasn't expecting it to be like that.
Plus I think they're encouraging students to opt for Maths.
I think only 50-60 people opted in 2009. Lahore had only 30ish students.
You should consult past papers. Tensors and numerical analysis is quite easy. But time is quite short. You must start practicing soon. You don't get a lot of time in the end.
Not a single person i met over the past year encouraged me to opt for Maths. But i would def encourage you. If you can practice and spend time on it.
