dear you r saying that a 17 grade millitary officer(captain) becomes a 17 grade civil officer. this is nothing for them and for us. we have seen a 21 or 22 grade millitary officer becoming president+prime minister+army chief, a three in one (3 in 1) case, many times. be patient, nothing is gonna happen by shouting. dont waste ur time.
