I agreed with both of you. I am not against the working of woman or in favour of to restrict her for some specified fields. But I still emphasize over the Islamic Restrictions for the both woman & man in each and every aspect of life.

If a man / woman follows the teachings of Islam while living at home or studying at school/college/university, working in offices or in other fields of life then there is no restriction for both.
