No offence meant but let me put it bluntly.

In css-2009,
Candidates applied: 9057
Candidates appeared 5707.

So according to your opinion the remaining 3000 something candidates applied for fun sake?

What i mean is that FPSC has not yet issued interview schedule for March, because it will conduct interviews of those candidates in March who don't want to appear in 2010 exam.
