Well, My sincere suggestion for u would be to continue with your present job as it is good profession with lot of oppurtunies in the future. Beside, it has no tension and atmosphire is relaxed with flexible timings. Plus, lot of holiday and vacations which you cant imagine in other depertments.
Anyhow, choice is yours. !
