this is the custom definition of good governance. and in a simple way, it exists when every institution in the country, have complete check on its affairs... like judiciary, press, parliament etc. as far as Pakistan is concerned.... these days we are observing that to some extant it is prevailing in the country... and hoping that it will increase day by day...
