Or is it mandatory to use "UPON" before "GOD"????

As, if we use the same sentence in urdu we will not say . Kay us nay ALLAH per kasam khai. Rather we would say, Us nay ALLAH ke kasam khai
We people try to write and speak english in our native style that is why we often commit blunders.

Chai piyo = Take tea = But we can't say drink tea (Piyo=drink)
Sihai sy likho = Write in ink= But we can't say write with ink (sy=with or by)
kursi py betho (Bazo wali kursi)= Sit in the chair= But we can't say sit on the chair (py=on)
Bili kuty sy darti hy= Cat is afraid of Dog= We can't say Cat is afraid with dog

So please avoid translating urdu words ditto into english. Each language has got its own style even its own way of thinking.
