Shortcut way of learning idioms and pairs of words is not to cram it. Instead of memorizing these stuffs your concept should be cleared. You can find idioms in newspapers, books (while preparing optional subjects), articles etc – just clear your concept instead of cramming. You will feel the change. Hopefully you will be able to make sentences on variety of idioms and pair of words.
