It is the responsibility to State to provide such opportunities which will ensure decorum and high moral values in the society. When there is opportunity whether abusive or beneficial - it is availed with great zeal. Night packages are introduced for us - whether to use it or abuse it.

It is not possible to refrain people by misuse of certain things which are for our benefits. For instance if government imposes ban on night packages - will our society will leap into the era of peace and prosperity?

Similarly, there are many things like internet - it is wonderful invention and current affordable prices of DSL - by different ISPs is really a great blessing in our daily life. Now how government check each and every individual not to chat or talk till late night?

Pirated CDs, vulgar literature and other things - it should be banned by government immediately. It is the government which can ensure high moral life in society by adopting concrete measure. Moreover, it is also the responsibility of society, family and parents to check the activities of individuals.
