I have talked to Sir Usmani of GCU, he was also referring NOVA. NOVA has introduced some packages, to attract students like refunding the whole fee, if CE exam is not cleared, now 50% refund. Apart from that i have also heard KIPS is also going to launch its venture in that premises.
