Baluch people are deprived or uneducated due to their own tribal norms and Nationalists...Govt recently offered a reasonable package for them,which was again rejected by Nationalists....in this scenario,its not just the responsibility of the govt to do some thing in this regard but Baluch Youth should come forward with positive approach to meet their grievances...
