that is very necessary u should talk with doctor .. ap ka food to just half apple etc ho ga 1 time ka
baki diet toh with medicine pori ho gi ..
especial tablets di jahti ha n for tea khas milk and biscuit bi
otherwise just 1 kg kam ho ga more ni
