Yes, this is true...
and as family is the most important part of any society, and these traits are becoming prominent specifically in family institution ...the whole society and nation is in trouble as we are witnessing now in these days...the moral degradation...the metarialism...the increasing ratio of depression ...
But i would say that men are not innocent,they do often idulge themselves in these things and some times do aggravate the situation by becoming tools in the hands of some women...
Men and women both are accountable for their deeds before Allah...
And it is in Islam that men and women should corporate with each other in doing good things...ofcourse not in bad ones.So evey person whether men and women must held their individual thinking and judgement...in every relation ...and
the feuds b/w mother in law and daughter in law
can be solved easily if the son and husband maintain a fair judgement and balance of realtions ...
