so one can say that house is open for even a common man to approach superior court in certain case as though the power has been exercised but again the purpose of law has been that certain powers must be exercised in certain manner as what seems acceptable to rationale of human being so if certain power has been exercised in his favourite's power than why it has not been exercised in case of common innocent person.so lets see if a common man can stand against that very exercise of power and if can knock the door of the supreme authority to get the same relaxation for their loved ones already behind the bars......

is it EQUALITY BEFORE LAW......as provided by our Constitution1973?????
