The president has use his constitutional power to condone the sentence of the LH court against Rehman Malik. Though it seems legal for a president to exercise his power but the usage is rather more impractical, irrational and biased. Would any of you expect the president to use the same power for some ordinary person like one of us. I believe he will not, not because he can’t but rather due to his biasness.

The powers granted to the president through the constitution are immoral, dissipated and irrational itself. Why should anyone be permissible to reduce /condone sentenced punishment of a criminal proved guilty. I don’t want to live in the heaven of unwise by assuming any idle environment but it seemed to be very cheap on high moral ground which at least should not be expected from rural of a Muslim country.

Any wrong cannot justify the means of any other flawed. If the biasness, victimization, ignorance and domination of previous courts were immoral, corrupted and dishonest so do the sloppiness and disdain act of president, & Prime minister if involved. They are taking these provocative & detrimental measure to thwarting up the courts and to concoct an environment so that they can try to prove the partiality of the courts. They failed to deliver what were promised to the nations and now they want a reason to conceal their incompetence and believe that it can be achieved by blaming the current judiciary. They are planning to go in public and confess that they were unable to deliver because the politicized judiciary never allow them to work independently. However, the current independent judiciary are closely monitoring their moves and will respond accordingly.
