After a sordid experiment by General Naqvia, father of devolution plan, now another arrow of president musharf is coming in shape of Ishrat hussain. The latter is going to "reform" the govenment structure according to needs of MNC. Donot worry, bureaucarts will be taught, ow to be Customer Service Officer for MNCs. If u donot belive look at the LTUs and MTUs established by CBR. Now Customs and ITG officers goto one year MBA programmer so that they learn how to serve the capitalist and hwo to suppress and oppress the poor people of pakistan so that poverty can be eliminated from Pakistan.

It is fact, Civil services is no more attractive as it used to be before current Mushi (Musharf) Dyansty and Q-League. Mr. Waheed u will see urself how military is going to make morass of civil services now after democracy.

Wish all officers safe career because this country is not for civilians and i am sure Mr. Waheed will agree with me afer so much discussion.
